Ok, so I am in Madrid and will be for the next three nights. I was heading to San Sabastian on the 8th checking out on the 11th but the weather looks a little wet. Any recommendations for where to spend those three nights? I head to Porto on the 11th then Lisbon on the 15th. Also, I‘ve been to Barcelona before so scratch that. Should I just deal with the weather in San Sabastian or head somewhere else?

Why change plans at all? I doubt it will be raining every hour of the day. As you’re heading west after those three days, you could always go to Burgos, León, Lugo, Santiago de Compostela, Baiona, Tui, Ourense, etc. there are plenty of places to visit.
