Recommendation for hand luggage

I have been trying to find hand luggage that fits the dimensions for Vueling's requirements. If you know of a particular hand luggage that is closest to the Vueling requirements, can you please share? I have been scouring Amazon.com and Walmart to try to find something that works. I don't want it to be much smaller than the requirements. Those are: 21.6" H x 7.87" D x 15.75" W.

If you know of any bags that are close to but not more than these dimensions, could you please share? I'm also looking for a bag that is 13.78"H by 7.87" D by 7.87" W to put under the seat.

Take a look @ a small ROXY with wheels. I picked it up at ROSS's for $18. 21 x 7 x 15.

Most of Rick Steves' big carry-on sized suitcases are described as 21" x 14" x 9". I think the extra inch on the smallest dimension is the least important, but I'm not Vueling. A soft-fronted bag that is not stuffed full can be made to fit the sizing box. The hard shell inside Rick's Rolling Carry-On is only 7" at its widest point, at the wheel base; the other 2" are flexible fabric.

Note that the packed weight your main carry-on must be less than 10 kg (22 pounds) and this bag doesn't necessarily have to fit under the seat. www.vueling.com/en/vueling-services/prepare-your-trip/luggage/hand-luggage

I would aim for slightly smaller when ordering and remeasure when received. It needs to fit into their measuring frame, and they will weigh carry on as well.
