I enjoy watching cooking shows. Lately I've been catching Nevin's Spanish Food Trails on PBS. Nevin is an Irish chef. I watched a few episodes based in La Rioja and the Basque area. Last week there was one on Granada and this week Cordoba. The format has him visiting the area and they show some beautiful footage of the area and he talks to local chefs, winemakers and sometimes olive oil makers. The Cordoba one today was lovely and made me want to go back! I usually watch the shows live on my local PBS station but I've also found the episodes online.

Excellent post, jules m. Nevin Maguire is truly an inspired chef, and the. I’ve been recording the shows, and have saved the Rioja episode. His gazpacho with olive oil ice cubes! a looking forward to more.
