I'm getting advance tickets for the Alcazar on the website, but it looks like the tour that includes the upper rooms is already sold out for my dates (end of March). For those who have been, is it worth it to look for a tour operator (Viator, Get Your Guide type of thing) that may have access? Thank you.

Those companies are just middlemen suppliers. But if they have extra tickets, yes, it is worth seeing these rooms. You have to place your purse in their locker - no cameras for that portion of the tour.
