Tapas/bar/restaurant recommendation in Seville, near Las Setas

Does anyone have a recommendation for a nice tapas/restaurant for dinner near this area? We plan to visit Las setas around sunset, then have around 1-1.5 hour for an early dinner before our flamenco show at Casa de le Memoria at 7:30pm. We depart Seville very early the next day, so it would be an early night for us. Thanks!

Do you want tapas or a dinner? Or enough tapas to serve as a dinner?

Well, maybe both. We could do tapas dinner, or dinner dinner :)
Depending on the mood at that time. But would any restaurant would be open and running at that time?

@rizzell, wow, great restaurant recommendations! I'm interested in tying both. Sevilla is our first stop on our trip, and we will be probably wanting to eat quite early by Spanish standards. Did you have tapas at those places or full meals? Any idea if one could get the dinner menu at 7pm? Any other hot tips for Sevilla?

At the base (street level) of Las Setas, there is a sandwich/tortas restaurant. Not fancy, but tasty, inexpensive and fairly large portions. There is a Corte Ingles nearby which was a Gourmet Experience.

There is hardly any "real" restaurant serving a sit down dinner before 8:00 pm. Our strategy was to eat a big/nice lunch, then around 6:00 pm we had yogurt, fruit, or a sandwich.

We were just there. Sunset was around 8:00 pm. You might want to double check the time for your day, because if I read your schedule correctly, you plan to be at Las Setas at 5:30 - 6:00. That's not sunset.

We were there on a Friday night at 7:00. The line to get to the viewing area was really long, from the ticket kiosk to the end of the building. We gave up, just walked around on the outside.
Go early to Casa de la Memoria. Be in line 6:45, no later than 7:00 so you can get good seats. I think first row is too close to the stage. You have to look up. Second row center is ideal in my opinion. They will let you take photos at the end. I video the dance.
