We will be traveling to Spain and Portugal in September, and our trip includes a 2 night stay in Granada. We are very seriously thinking of staying in The Albayzin area, and staying in a non-traditional hotel - El Numero 8, suggested in Rick's book (sounds like a bed and breakfast, sort of). I have two questions really. First, is it customary to tip the host of places like this, and if so how much? Also, if anyone has stayed at the El Numero 8, and have anything to share, please do. I will be making our hotel arrangements for the trip within the next week.
