Quaint stunning plaza for outdoor dining in Madrid, Toledo, Seville, Granada & Barcelona?

Looking for a plaza that has great old buildings surrounding it or other interesting views with terrific evening lighting for outdoor cafe seating in Madrid, Toledo, Seville, Granada & Barcelona. Don't even care if the food is so so. We;re foodies but placing a premium on ambience.

Granada has several restaurants near mirador San Nicholas overlooking the Alhambra. These aren't on a square, they are more restaurants backing the edge of a hill so you get views from above. Food is good. If you want more of a square, then down the hill at Paseo de los Tristes also has Alhambra views and a bunch of cafes. The one I ate at was fine, but not great. There are others.
Plaza Bib Ramblas has a nice atmosphere. No Alhambra views, but a nice square for outdoor dining.
A lot of the little squares in the Albayzin have their own great atmosphere, too. Plaza Larga is just one example.

Some good plazas in Barcelona:

  1. Plaça Reial: a large square plaza with a central fountain surrounded by palm trees, along the perimeter are a number touristy restaurants, the ambiance will be great, but the food and prices not so much.

  2. Plaça de la Vila de Gràcia: a medium sized plaza located in the Vila de Gràcia neighborhood, outside of the touristy Barri Gòtic. While the square is not too grand it is certainly more authentic. In the evenings you will see mostly locals here like youngsters playing ball and older people on their paseo. In the center is a 19th-century clocktower.

  3. Plaça de la Barceloneta: a compact plaza in the heart of the vibrant maze-like Barceloneta neighborhood. You will find a few ok restaurants here like Can Ganassa with a good number of locals, and a few lost tourists lol! The Sant Miquel del Port Church dominates this quaint tree-lined square. There are a number of good tapas bars nearby too.
