I went on line and searched online and the first thing that popped up was MYTOPTOUR and just found out they are a total scam, I don’t even know if my tickets are legitimate. I just saw a few charges from them and have not reimbursed my tours they cancelled on me. Any ideas of what app or search engine of where should I get tickets that I can trust? Thank you

What tours? To visit exactly what? The rule of thumb is to always purchase the tickets either on the official sites' websites or the tourism offices. Don't get me wrong, most of the intermediaries are legit, but you're overpaying for something you can do yourself. And yes, there are also a few scams around.
Btw, Mytoptour is a legit biz, not a scam. I did enter into the website and of course said the official website for the sagrada familia , Alhambra, Alcázar and looking for the Palacio Real and purchased the tickets most of them thru MyTopTour and then Headout.(which this last one I won’t receive my tickets until 7 days before which has me feeling not secure)
But the refund was never made thru Mytoptour.
I will try to get in touch with the Andalucía consumer information and hope to get my money back.

I always purchase through the official websites (did so for the Alhambra already) but was duped into buying from the TopTour company for the Royal Palace. I requested a refund and they have not replied. I disputed the charges with my credit card and I am awaiting resolution. I disputed on the grounds that 1) I have not received the services, 2)Tickets for the Palace are not on sale on the official website yet for the date that I want, and 3) They have not responded to my refund request despite the fact that on the tickets it says that they are refundable up to 24 hours before the tour. I have dealt with several tour companies in Europe and in the Caribbean and this is the first time a company has not responded to me when I have requested a refund, they have not even replied to deny the claim.
