Protests in Barcelona

We are leaving for Barcelona next week- I guess we should wait and see if the airport is back to almost normal operation. Thanks so much for the information on the earlier post and please keep us informed and pass along any information that is timely...

Hi, unfortunately the situation is very fluid at the moment, in the past 24 hrs these initially peaceful protests have deteriorated into a more violent nature, with the more radical elements hijacking these manifestation actions. I just hope that the city, regional, and national gov. can all work together to regain control of the situation, before it really spirals out of control...
