I was trying to buy theater tickets for a performance in Madrid through Ticketmaster and it keeps giving me an error that my zip code does not match my provence, even though US is clearly selected along with the correct state. I tried a few US relative's addresses just to test their system and none of them worked. Is there a special way one should put in one's zip code? I have purchased from other international sites without issues in the past so maybe a web glitch on their part? There is no way to submit an inquiry or email them on their customer service page so I guess my only option may be activating an international plan on my phone a few weeks earlier than I had planned to make the purchase?

I haven't used that site but sometimes the answer is to use your Madrid hotel address. It's not for delivery, just for a place-holder, since you'd choose electronic delivery or pick up in Spain.
It's also possible that there's a credit card issue but the error message is misleading.
Another thing to check for is no punctuation in your name and address. I've seen that throw off US shopping carts that are trying to match US Postal format.

It was for account creation, couldn't even get to the payment screen so not a credit card issue. I am renting a flat so maybe will try that address. Just concerned when I get to billing if they have a glitch in their system that will not work either.
