HI - I'm having problems with the Iberia website and app - I'm not able to print my boarding pass, I've called customer service a number of times and they are not too much help, other than telling me to get the boarding pass at the airport. I'm leaving from Boston Logan tomorrow. Also, I can't figure out where to upload the SPTH QR form. (I have it printed) Any suggestions?

Sounds par for the course with Iberia’s web functionality and service.
I’d try to let it go, and just get the boarding pass at Logan.

Most likely, You need to show your passport before getting an international boarding pass. Safe travels!

Pat is correct. We do not have exit immigration like many European countries so the airline checks to see if you have a valid passport. Get it at the airport at check in.

Save the pass to your phone, email it to yourself, or take a screenshot of it and save it to your phone. Chances are they’ll print one out when you go to counter to check your bags. Even though we had digital ones, ones were printed anyway.
Not being familiar with the Iberia site, I can’t help with the health form. Seems like you would have had to upload it in order to check in online and get the boarding pass. Save the pdf with the QR code, and take a screen shot of it, to your phone so you show it upon arrival. The printed copy should work too. Once we left the airport, nobody looked at it.

There was a very long line to check in to get a boarding pass at Madrid airport today. Iberia has a few kiosks there, and we were finally able to get that to work - make sure you've got all your confirmation numbers.

Thanks everyone. I finally got my boarding pass...there was an email that went to spam. Iberia website and app are very difficult to use. Hope I don't have this problem returning home from Madrid.

I can’t finish registering on the app. It asks for a NUMBER under the home address. I’ve tried no number, the number of my house, and I’ve tried using just the number one for myself or the number two for my self and spouse who are traveling. Neither none work! I keep getting an error message that somethings wrong with the address. Anyone know what NUMBER they’re looking for??

I am leaving for Spain Sunday from the Newark airport and did receive my QR code through the SPTH QR form. I also printed, and saved it in the app. The directions I read, the QR code will be used at the airport, and some might depend on what airlines you are traveling. We fly United, and I went into the form from the United Travel Ready center. 24 hours in advance is when I can upload documents. Hope this helps.
