Problem finding transport from Ronda to Granada

We are planning to travel from Ronda Spain to Granada on Oct. 27, 2019 but I can't find bus or train schedules that show any transport for that day. I can find trains for the first week in Oct., but not for our week. I'm within the 2 months they say schedules are posted, so I'm concerned. I've been looking on Loco2, Renfe, and Rome2rio for the schedules. Does anyone have any idea what I should do? Thanks.

Google Schedule Explorer works pretty well too, right now I'm seeing a bus combo with Avanza leaving at 12:15 PM (Oct 27) and arrive at 4:45 PM (4 h 37 min) at Granada, via Marbella and Malaga. Seems like a hassle, maybe hire a car to drive you in half the time?

Judith,

I’m fairly certain that there will be a train traveling that route (actually 3/day, according to Renfe), however the train schedule hasn’t been released for your dates yet.

I’d suggest you keep checking, and soon you’ll be able to book your desired date of travel.

Keep in mind that due to ongoing railway construction, your journey will require you to transfer to a bus at Antequera Santa Ana [noted on Renfe.com by a tiny red exclamation mark surrounded by a red circle to the left of the train time]

This means that you will travel via train from Ronda to Antequera Santa Ana, then you will be guided to a bus which will take you the rest of the journey to Granada.
You will arrive at Granada’s train station.

Enjoy your time in beautiful Spain!

Renfe has not put the schedule out yet. Nowadays they never follow the 2 months in advance
And there are direct trains to Ronda from Granada

Thanks for the reassurance. I'll try to be patient and keep checking.
