Did anyone have this problem? I'm on step 1 of the website for completing the SpTH health form and it asks for a personal mobile telephone number. I put my complete number including area code of course .. It also wants a PREFIX and it has a drop down box . and none of these choices make any sense. Can anyone help. I live in NY..
+1 should be added first. This is the code for American phones. We are using our AT&T phones now in Croatia.
+1 is correct. It is the country code for the United States. Each country has its own code that is used when dialing internationally.
thank you but I'm still having a problem. As I said on the form there is a drop down box. and you click on the PREFIX for you. There is none for just +1 .. there are 2 letter codes preceding all the prefix.. examples AS +1 , XM +254. I have no idea how to do this and I can't move forward. how do other people fill this in?
When using the app, when I clicked on the drop down box a list of countries was there and I clicked on United States +1. Is there a US +1?
From the website there is a “need help” icon that appears that I presume is for chat. Click on it.
