private transportation from Barcelona Airport to conference outside Barcelona

At the end of May, I am attending a conference at a costal resort in Roda de Bara with my family. The resort is 80 km southwest of Barcelona. There is no shuttle service. The train from the airport would involve 2 trains and a taxi. Is there a private transport or taxi which could be arrange for meeting at the airport?

Easiest to do would be to contact the resort and the conference promoter. They usually are experienced and should be able to guide you.
