We had a nice experience with our group tour in June, but they also do private.

Granada isn't very large. With a little research you can research your own waking tour. Other than the Alhambra, the other main sites are the San Nicolas overlook, Albayzin, bathes, cathedral, and Royal tomb. Starting at the overlook and working towards the cathedral, all can be seen in a couple hours, walking.
