We will be arriving in Sevilla in early April after a long flight and passing through 9 time zones (our flight originates in LA and connects through Paris), so I am looking for a private car transfer service to transport us from the airport to the city center. If anyone here has experience with a reputable airport transfer service we could use, I would be most interested in your input. FWIW, we usually use a transfer service for our first and last day of our trips (despite the higher cost) because it is one less variable to deal with on the first day of our Euro trips - this assumes of course that the service itself is reliable! Thanks for any assistance.
I get that you will be pretty zonked out on arrival, but I had no problem with taxi service in Sevilla. A quick glance at this and you will know what to expect to pay: https://www.aena.es/en/sevilla/getting-there/taxi.html
Our hotel, Hotel Cetina Sevilla, recommended we book a private car transfer through the app "welcome pickups" The booking process was very easy and the reviews seem good. I even had to reach out to costumer service because I was creating two bookings for the same time and they got back to me immediately. So my experience so far has been a good one.
Thank you for the replies. I had already looked at the taxi fare schedule , and I notice that the Welcome Pickups fare is not much more than a taxi. Mkkoehl, did you get a "meet and greet" pickup, or did you meet your driver outside the terminal?
