The Prado website allows for reservations for a certain day, but does not seem to show the capability to reserve a specific time. Can someone clarify how this works please? Thanks in advance for your information!

You can book your Prado Museum tickets online & they are valid for the date you chose; they are valid all day, until 30 minutes before closing.
The only time they offer timed entries is when they have special (temporary) exhibitions that require controlled visitor capacity.
