Planning trip to Spain in late September- tapas tour in Madrid?

We are taking a two week trip tp Spain in late September. We are going to be 4 full days in Madrid and then taking train to Cordoba (2 nights) Granada (3 nights) Ronda (2 nights) and final night in Madrid before returning to US. We are going every where by train- have tickets already. In Madrid we are thinking of taking a tapas tour I saw recommended but I can't find it now. Also thinking of a day trip to Toledo. Looking for suggestions for restaurants in each place and activities in Madrid.

Not a tapas tour per se, but if you are a foodie, I would recommend the Mercado de San Miguel (close to the Plaza Mayor). It's a feast for the eyes in terms of Spanish specialties, and you are able to browse and stop at any number of vendors for a glass of wine or sherry and some nibbles. With four days in Madrid and its central location, I would think it wouldn't take much time out of your schedule.
