Does anyone know of a place that might serve Valencia-style Paella in Barcelona, Granada, or Sevilla? (We will also be staying in Ronda, Tarifa, and Ubrique, but that might be asking too much!)

Some of the best paella anywhere -including Valencia- are in Barcelona ---not my saying, but the latest ranking by a reputable international gourmet organisation! :))

I love to go to 7 Portes when I'm in Barcelona. Delicious paella. Another place we like is Botafumeiro, but it's a bit more expensive.

for a fun night of learning to make (and eat) paella in Barcelona I suggest Marta's paella making class. Check the reviews on Trip Advisor. We did this last year and had a great time, and met some amazing new friends from all over the world.
