Can somebody recommend a tour guide for a Pintxos tour in Old Town San Sebastián/Donastia. I would like to book the same guide as the tv episode but can’t figure out her name.

Devour Tours does a Pintxos tour. They are well respected in all of their locations, I admit I have not taken one of their tours, but I heavily use their picks and those of James Blick, one of the founders, who has his own YouTube channel, Spain Revealed.
I would suggest searching YouTube for San Sebastian, lots of recommendations of places to go.
There is also an App: https://pintxos.es/en/ that I found very helpful, especially in providing pictures and descriptions of some of the best pintxos.

I had a great experience with a Devour tour in Barcelona and the company does get great reviews. You can also try Tous By Locals. I used their guides fora couple of tours in Spain last year. If you’re interested I can give you a list of the Pintxos Bars we went to last year. We did the RS Basque tour and my group of friends ran into Fran, our RS guide, on our free evening so he took us to his favorite pintxos bars. Send me a PM if you would like.
