My husband and I took a Pintxos cooking class at Umamie in Bilbao a few weeks ago. Gustavo is so knowledgeable and patient, and his pintxos are truly elevated. We made both savory and sweet pintxos, and had such a lovely afternoon. We really enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend it!
