Teen son left his carry on behind at El Prat/Barcelona. The luggage was found is waiting at the Terminal One L &F. We have to arrange a courier to pick it up, package and mail it. Any thoughts? My online research has not found a company that will do all these services. (DHL for example will pick it up and mail it, but it must be packaged with shipping labels). Also, the cost through DHL would seem to be about $500+. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Given the luggage is a Travel Pro filled with dirty socks and clothes and a few books, it might be worth it to just leave it. Anyone traveling home from El Prat soon coming to Seattle who is willing to pick up a case of dirty laundry and bring it home to my son? ;0)

You might get it done for as little as $139 through Luggage Forward. I did not read the details. You can also check with the Seattle office of IAG Cargo, which I found by searching for "unaccompanied luggage" with British Airways. Or you might decide to leave it.
