Does anybody have experience picking up tickets from the box office? I used my credit card online and I don't know the PIN, as I don't use my credit card at ATMs. I tried to request a new PIN and it will not be changed before my visit next week. If I just go to the box office with the card I used and my confirmation e-mail, will they still ask for a PIN? Or should I be ok? Thanks in advance for your help!

According to my e-mail from Ticketmaster, there is a ticket office at the entrance pavilion by the ticket machines.
It is reassuring to know I will not need a PIN at the ticket machines, however. Thank you.
There's also a machine to pick up tickets in the Alhambra bookstore near Plaza Nueva. I like that one because I can do it the day before, and there's no wait. Plus, then you can use the "back" entrance to the Alhambra, which is closer if you're walking from town. Doesn't really matter, just another option!
