We ordered our tickets for the Picasso Museum as Rick suggested, but we only received an order number,and on tickets. We checked our email and we don't have an email with tickets either. How are they usually claimed? At the door, email? Thanks in advance! :)
My recollection is that we printed out a screenshot of the order screen from my tablet and used that. I was expecting to receive an email with an attachment, but we didn't get anything.
We ordered tickets through artticketbcn.org for 5 museums in Barcelona..which includes Picasso, Miro, etc. for 30 euros. We received vouchers with bar codes via email. If you are interested in visiting the other museums this might still be a cost-effective way for you, in spite of having purchased Picasso tickets already. Just a thought...
