Picasso Museum tickets -- how to buy in advance if not online?

Hello! I've been trying for the past week or so to buy my advance tickets for admission to the Picasso Museum in Barcelona. The link to buy tickets online has been down every time I've tried it (different times of day, each day, etc.). Is there another way to buy an advanced ticket?

We will visit on our 5th day in Barcelona. Would it work to go to the ticket office at a down time (toward closing time, maybe?) to get an advanced ticket that way? I'd love to get our tickets online, but the official site doesn't seem to be an option at this time.

I've also emailed the museum and have yet to hear back...

This is for a visit this month -- hoping it won't be sold out... Any thoughts/advice is appreciated!!

As far as I know, there's no other way to purchase in advance and indeed it's almost compulsory because lines at the museum can be epic. Obviously, you could always buy on the day, but as mentioned, lines can be very time-wasting

I followed the link on my laptop and the website was fine, but when I clicked to buy tickets, it still didn't work -- but, you made me realize it was definitely just me! I tried a new browser (my phone), and -- success! Thank you both! (I suspect my settings for cookies were to blame.) Thank you for the prompt replies -- I've got my tickets now! :)

Glad you got the tickets!

I recently had a problem booking a London hotel, and assumed it was my credit card not being accepted. When I called the card, they said they never even got the transaction to accept or reject, and suggested trying a different browser. Voila - instant success! So yes, a different browser (even on the same device) can work wonders. The thing I've found is you never know which browser will work, so I always have several on each device.
