Petit Palace Arana in Bilbao

Does anyone have an email address for Petit Palace Arana in Bilbao? Our Best of Portugal tour this fall ends there, and I'd like to add several days onto our stay.

Somewhere I found arana@petitpalace.com, but haven't had any response from them.

They evidently do use WhatsApp, so I'll try that next. I prefer email, though, so if anyone has a better address, I'd appreciate the information.

Edit to add: I know I can book a room on their website, but I'd like to ask a few questions first, see if there's a Rick Steves discount, etc.

Mikel, why do you suggest an indoor patio room? I'm looking at the website, and only see double (small or normal) and double with a city view. The room with a city view has a balcony.

Would that be too noisy? We almost always sleep with the windows open, except in the coldest weather.

Edit to add: And I did use the link you posted to ask them these and a few other questions.

Not sure really if they have a patio, houses in the old quarter normally have an indoor patio for the interior rooms. If not a patio, I´d ask for the most silent room. It may be noisy, there´s quite some traffic passing right by the hotel. In fact, there´s no place to park or to stop even for taxis, they have to invade the sidewalk.
