We are a physically fit family of 20 (ages 11-78) planning a trip to Spain next summer (because of works and school commitments).
Can anyone suggest a high quality, well reviewed, experienced tour operator that can coordinate our trip?

Not sure that is what the OP is looking for. Sounds like they need a true tour operator to handle group airline ticketing, hotel reservations, ground transportation, itinerary planning. Tour guides would be a bonus.

We used Destination Spain, https://destination-spain.com, two years ago. They arranged tours, hotels and internal transportation for our group of 4 (I'm sure they can do so for a larger group). Activities included an e-bike tour of the cava region, a hike and tour of Montserrat and wine tastings. We were pleased with the arrangements they made. They were helpful and responsive.
