Paseo del Arte museum pass

I am thinking of buying this pass in Madrid for the museums and have a couple of questions:
Is it good for an entire year or only the date specified when purchased?
Do you have to print out the pass or can it be a mobile pass on your smartphone?
Do you still have to stand in the ticket purchase line to exchange the pass for an entry ticket?
I am a senior and understand that the Prado etc has a senior rate. Do I really save anything by buying the Paseo del Arte, especially if I have to stand in line anyway?

Hi,
I just bought one yesterday.
Valid one year.
I purchased it from REina Sofia website.
It says "print your ticket or save it in your mobile phone".
Validate at access of either edificio sabatini /nouvel.
For Prado it says go to box office 1 or 2 express.
For Thyssen validate at permanent collection access.
I read some other forum answer that they just had the print out stamped at entrance and you supposedly are suppose to go first to museum you bought it from (website).
I didn't want to bother with individual purchases regardless of senior discount etc.
I'll find out next week.
