We are looking at staying at an Air BnB in Bayonne in old town/center that does not provide parking. He indicated Porte d"espagne car park is nearby, but I have no idea if that is a good option or if street parking will be available. Should we take a chance or find a place that can provide parking. Thank you

Don’t count on there being any street parking. That lot is as good as any. There’s also a garage by the train station, but that’s across the river from the old town. Maybe there’s lodging with parking that within walking distance to the old town.
You can look up parking lots on Google maps.

Are you talking about Bayonne, France? If so, maybe you should post this in the France Travel forum.
In my experience with Bayonne, you will have a hard time finding parking in the City Center area. Google View your lodgings and look at the street IFO your airbnb. Is there parking?
