Hi, doing final ticket purchasing for our trip to Spain next month. While in Barcelona, planned to go to Park Guell. When you go online to book tickets there is a big warning that the "Monumental Nature Square" is closed for renovations through August. Should we skip Park Guell on this visit or is there still plenty to see with 2 teenagers?
I'm not sure how much of the monumental zone is closed. I hope someone on the forum knows.
How many days do you have in Barcelona, not counting the day you fly in from the US/Canada?
Bill Sinclair, I have 2 questions: 1) so no construction is going on right now or in May? 2) re: your comment: "Also, trucks bringing in materials and evacuating spoil will have access limited to between 7am and 10am so as to limit the possibilities of collisions with visitors and stoppages due to congestion," did you mean 10"pm?" We were planning to spend the afternoon at the park and certainly don't want to "collide" with a truck! :)
