Hi, my friend and I will spend 3 nights in Oviedo later this week before returning to Madrid. We do not have a car. Figured a day and 1/2 exploring the historic sites of Oviedo. But we’re thinking about an outing on Saturday- maybe to Girón or Avilés by bus or train. Would you recommend one over the other? Or other excursion we could do on our own? Prefer to avoid large organized tours…
Also my friend is vegetarian so any restaurant suggestions in Oviedo which would offer her some options?
