I have one day in Madrid before heading off to Valladolid for a few days for work. I'd love to find an airbnb in a great, central location so I don't have to waste much time traveling from site to site. Any recommendations for general location?
And if there are any restaurants you love, I's be eternally grateful for those recommendations too!
How will you travel from Madrid to Valladolid? Train? I well located hotel would seem to make more sense for only one a night stay. Then they - the hotel - can call a taxi in the morning to transport you to the rail station.
I want to visit Madrid for the museums and easy train access for day trips, so I am renting an Air BnB near La lettres district just off the Paseo del Prado. It really depends what 'sights' you want to see. Plot them on Google Maps and pay attention to the subway lines.
