Olive Oil Tours or Museum Near Granada?

Hi -

I will be in Granada the end of September and would like to go either on a tour or to a museum to learn more about how the olives are harvested and processed for oil. It's my understanding that they actually don't start harvesting until November? Are there any suggestions of tours (I know there is the Olive Oil Tour company that offers the 3 or 6 hour tours, it just seems very 'touristy' so am looking for other options), museums that are close to Granada that I could get to by bus or train? Thank you!

I'm not aware of other options but I did enjoy that 3-hour tour a few years back. It happened to be just my friend and I on an afternoon in October. The historic mill is real and the directed olive oil tasting was more educational than just dipping bread into different oils in a typical shopping setting. No pressure to buy.
