I’ve been trying for a month to purchase 6 tickets on the official website app which I downloaded. We want to visit on March 25, 2025, but I’ve had no success. I keep getting messages that payment isn’t going through. The message says to try a different card and to contact our financial institution— oth of which I have done. Could the problem be that tickets are sold out or I’m trying to purchase them too early? What has been your experience with the app? The official website has cheaper priced tickets than other sites., so I hope to purchase from them. Your advice is appreciated.

When I booked tickets to another location in Spain for last summer, I had to choose 'debit' even though I was using a credit card. For another location, I had to choose PayPal. It was kind of wonky.

In 2019, we bought our tickets through Viator. I just checked Viator with your date and it will not go through. I have no idea, but I wonder if they are sold out for that day? You might have to try another date. Good luck and I hope you get to go because it was great!

If you're still struggling with the ticket purchase, you might try using a debit/ATM card instead.

We had similar problems until I used my debit card. Once I used that, it magically went through.
