I will have 14 days to visit Northern Spain and possibly southern France - will have my own car. Starting from northern Portugal- pls recommend the best cities in which to explore on my way to San Sebastian . I love the smaller, quaint stops like a Rhonda vs. a Madrid. Love all significant historical stops and areas to hike. Hope to experience the best of the Basque area and am open to going into Southern France. 14 days might be too much time to spend in this area; just not sure.
