We are going to Andalusia in November and I'm noticing that some of our dates are Catholic holidays. We fly into Madrid and take a train to Sevilla on Thursday, November 1st which is All Saints Day. The plan is to be in the white villages on a Sunday and Monday, hopefully I'll find restaurants and food vendors open? We will be in Cordoba on Friday, November 9th, which is Virgin de la Almudera.

What white villages are you referring to? Practically every village in Andalucia is white! Some are large, some are small, some are touristy others are more quiet and agricultural, you need to be more specific in order to get the best responses.
