I have no quibbles at all about the way you've divided your time. Although I enjoyed having a bit more time than that in Granada, Seville and Barcelona are larger and have more sights, so I would not reduce the time allotted to those cities. As it is, you may not have an opportunity to see Cordoba (potential day trip from Seville, or an in-transit stop on the way from Seville to Barcelona--though that would make for a long day since Seville and Barcelona are nearly 6 hours apart via the fastest trains).

Train tickets for the holiday period are already pretty pricey. I'd try to nail down the itinerary immediately and check to see whether you still have an opportunity to save some money by buying those tickets now. (Check change/cancellation rules, though, especially if you are not buying trip insurance.) Also be aware that Spain' a country where trains most definitely do sell out, so it's risky to wait until shortly before your travel day to buy train tickets.
