Hi,

Are you looking for places to hike, ski, look at scenery?
Hike and look at scenery, yes.
The Sierra Nevada may still have snow in March, if you're into skiing that'd be a good option. Doñana is good if you're looking for more off the beaten path wildlife focused trip, El Rocío is a good base, but it will be dead in March probably. Near Barcelona the only National Park is Aigüestortes, deep in the Pyrenees Mountains and will most certainly be snowed-in during March.
Edit to add:
North of Barcelona is the Camino de Ronda, a historic coastal footpath that snakes along the Costa Brava. It connect the various fishing villages along the coast, very spectacular, but in March could be quite cold and windy - http://www.camideronda.com/en/introduction.html
Closer to Barcelona is Parc Natural de Sant Llorenç del Munt i l'Obac, it's a regional park of Catalonia, though I have not been myself I've heard there is some good hiking there - https://awomanafoot.com/blog/hiking-solo-park-sant-llorenc-obac-catalonia-spain
Yeah, guess we will try donana ..hoping to spot flamingos. Thanks a lot
El Torcal near Antequera is spectacular....

Will you have a car?
Flamingo central is Fuente de Piedra lagoon. It's quite close to the El Torcal mountains mentioned by Tinac above. Obviously time of the year matters but, I'm guessing, March/April is breeding season (?). Doñana also has flamingos in season, too.
