Why Rick didn't add the Monastery De La Carrtuja
to the best of Granada is baffling. While very drab and unimposing on the outside and easily accessible via the hop on/hop off, it is mind blowing on the inside. With the inexpensive entry you can downloaded a self-guided phone tour. The sacristy is the world's most beautifully crafted with woodwork it took 35 years to make. The Baroque interior is representative of the very best seen throughout the world. Upgrade and include this jewel as a must see.

Agreed! That church is a secret stunner!
And dare I say the Basilica de San Juan de Dios, around the corner, is even better!
These two churches are part of why I think the Cathedral of Granada can be skipped. (Especially when other cathedrals one will encounter in Spain are far more impressive.)
