Museo Thyssen-Bornemisza luggage storage

I've read the Museo Thyssen-Bornemisza has bag storage for bags that can fit through their security machine, but I CANNOT find how big that machine is! We'll be killing time with our carryon bags (mostly Rick Steves bags) and backpacks. Has anyone stored a carryon-sized bag there and can tell me the machine is big enough?

The way the museum website reads, they will store bags at the wardrobe check counter.
Can't imagine that they will be too picky about the size of the bag.
