I'm wondering if there are opinions on flying from Munich to Barcelona and then to London with only 4 nights. We'd fly from Munich on April 18th and and fly out of Barcelona to London on April 22nd. Our flight from London back to the US is on April 22nd at 5:00 p.m. Is this to much?

Four nights, with 3.5 days for sight seeing is a worthwhile amount of time to get a good return on your effort. Go for it.
