I will be traveling to Spain for 14 or 15 days mid-Oct. Madrid (one week +/-) and Northern Spain (perhaps). Solo traveling at 59. It is my second trip to Spain. I've been to Madrid, Toledo, Barcelona, and Andalusia.
This trip, I want to take it slow, and focus on food (tours and cooking classes), famers markets, leisurely day trips (Segovia), and, perhaps a week-long road/train trip to northern Spain... again, focusing on food (not necessarily high-end) and agriculture/scenery.
1) recommendations on great cooking classes
2) recommendation on great food tours
3) any agri-tourism suggestions
4) I enjoy wine, but would visit vineyards, etc. mainly to be outdoors in the fall.
