Hello , I am new to this forum.
I have traveled in Spain several times, completed two Caminos’ and really enjoyed the country and its people.
I would like to rent an apartment for approximately a month perhaps in Malaga.
Ir really like the idea of meeting other seniors in the same area.
I would appreciate any ideas or suggestions.

It is my understanding that Malaga is popular with visitors and retirees from the inside Spain, the UK and Western Europe. I suggest searching for a board from the UK that focuses on travel and retirement to Spain. I don't have one to recommend as I have never needed to search for one.

I have a month planned in Malaga for this winter. it gets its fair share of Expats as do the smaller towns along that coast. There are several expat Facebook groups to join that are most likely the best way to meet others. They will post activities on their specific FB groups. Meetup website may also have activities to consider, but my initial looking shows more night time events and not senior focused.
Something else to consider is if you were intending to improve your Spanish. Therr are a few websites that let you register to share language skills. There are senior Malaganos wanting to practice English. You may be able to jist help them with English or trade time between English and Spanish. I noticed a number of retirees looking for daytime English practice.

Also think about any other hobbies you may have and see if you can find a local group to either join, or attend as a guest. Or find a local lawn bowling, bocce ball, or pickle ball facility to join for the month
