Hi there!
I'm a female traveling solo to Morocco from June 10-17. I'll be in Marrakech and Fes. Thinking of possibly changing my plans to add Chefchaouen, the blue city.
Any advice on good and safe places to stay? It'll be my first time there so any thoughts and ideas would be appreciated! If you have a favorite area or fave guide books, that's cool to hear.

I used the Lonely Planet Morocco over a few different years and each time it got better - e.g. added more destinations - but last publication date was in 2014. Another contributor to this forum has been a researcher for the Rough Guide Morocco and their current edition is only a year old.
Take extra precautions you will be constantly hassled as a single female tourist maybe consider going in a group or with a male friend
