Hi, We are on a family trip around Galicia and are headed to the coast tomorrow. We are staying in Xavina and would love to find a restaurant with a wonderful, high-quality Mariscada - not just something bright orange put together for the tourists. Does anyone have a suggestion? That coastal area of Spain is on few U.S. tourist’s radar, so my guess is anything you get will not have been put together for tourists; and how would one even know. Keep in mind that there are regional variations of the dish, so what you get in Xaviña could be very different than the same dish just up the coast.
