Mallorca, Barcelona, and ??

Hello, my wife and I are planning a trip to Spain mid to late March 2024. We fly in to Mallorca and out of Barcelona.

Does this look like a good plan for each location?
- Mallorca: 3 or 4 nights (arrive mid-afternoon from USA)
- Barcelona: 3 or 4 nights (fly back to USA)

We will have between 4 and 6 days to spend in either one or two other cities. We're thinking either Madrid, Granada, or Seville.

Anyone have any recommendations on which city(ies)?

We love to walk, eat, hike, see some museums and attractions. Not looking for anything super active (multi day hikes, rock climbing) this trip though. Thank you!

I'd consider 3 nights definitely too short for Mallorca and Barcelona.

Of your other options, I'd tend to choose Seville in March because it will probably be significantly warmer than Madrid and at least somewhat warmer than Granada. I assume you can fly from Palma to Seville (check skyscanner.com for schedules). From Seville to Barcelona you have a choice between another annoying flight or a somewhat longer trip on a super-fast express train.

I would indeed aim to spend 4 nights in Barcelona, 3 is too short. Same for Mallorca, and do not hesitate to rent a car there to drive around the island.
Madrid can still be a bit cold mid-March, and 4 nights is too long for just Granada but too short for Granada + Sevilla, so I would agree with Sevilla as a first choice. Especially if you can fly there directly from Mallorca. If not, then perhaps Madrid is a more convenient choice.
