we have 10 days in Andalucia and Costa del Sol areas. is it worth the time to take a trip to Mallorca? or spend more time in these areas as we have only 10 days and will be including Ronda, Tangiers and Sevilla

No. Mallorca deserves 10 days in its own right. You don't have enough time to enjoy Andalucia as it is and I would highly recommend leaving out Tangiers, it really is a waste of a day. The sense of disappointment from everyone on the ferry back to Spain was palpable!
We've just had two weeks in Marbella/Estepona and we still managed to fill it (including a trip to Tangiers) and that's despite visiting the area on many occasions previously. It is such a vast area with so much to see and do.
We travel to Mallorca and the Costa Del Sol frequently and it's always one or the other, we would never consider combining the two especially in such a brief time frame.
