We are landing at Malaga Airport at 15.25 and a bus leaves for Seville at 16.45. Is that enough time to catch this bus? The next bus doesn't get into Seville until 10pm and I would like to be there before that! Alternatively trains are more frequent so would I have a better chance of catching a train if the flight was delayed? Do people have a preference - train or bus? Many thanks for your opinions. Graham
I have done this trip many times & you usually get through customs with little delay. That said a delay and i think you may be pushing it a little. I always use the train which is a 2 hour trip from Malaga to Seville via Cordoba & the trains are more frequent than the bus. C1 will get you to Malaga Zambrano in 20 mins. It also depends on where you wan to get to in the city. The bus station is further west in the city than the train station out by the river.
Agree with oldburyred the train is the better option I have done this journey a few times now, you can get the train from the airport just outside the arrivals hall to Malaga Maria Zambrano the main train station, there is also a fast train as mentioned by oldburyred which stops in cordoba and a slow train which takes you through the mountains and about 2 and a half hours (some lovely scenery along the way to)
Thanks for your opinions. A flight delay could really cause problems so I think I will take your advice and take the train. I prefer trains anyway!
