We just returned from Madrid and took an excellent GuruWalk walk around Madrid. It was called Get Your Bearings in Madrid: the old town and the operator (through GuruWalks) is called Siete Estrellas and we had Sebastian as a guide. Excellent! He also gave us a list of places to eat that he likes and that locals go to! We went to one and were glad we did! It's called Emma Cocina (small place but excellent).
