Wondering if Madrid has transit pass that covers the metro, trains and buses? Thank you.

It isn't an overly large main tourist core to walk. I found walking and bus took same length of time from Atocha train station to main plaza. Just depends on where you want to be or if just to give your body a rest from walking.
